How to be a Content Writer?

Hi, I am currently working as an HR, very keen to learn content writing and make a career out of it or a side hustle. Can anyone suggest how can I get started? Few things about me:

1. I love to read
2. i don't have any writing experience, other than scribbling my thoughts on a piece of paper
