Is aunt and nephew fun common in North IND

I saw many times my father's sister's son teasing mom or flirting with her she just smile didn't say anything

Even once he saw her bathing she didn't shoot not scold him Even when his mom scolding him for his bad nature Mom save him and say he is just child

Also he didn't mind changing whether he is there or not

But she cold me for all those things

So is it common or just she having interest ?
