QUESTION for the sub members

Hello everyone! So I had an off topic question, it's related to the sub though. I was curious if anyone is able to use the flairs on this sub?

I am new to running a sub, but it says the flairs are user enabled. However I had a member of our community message me saying she unfortunately isn't seeing them. I am trying to figure out the problem and fix it. So are any of you able to use them? Do the show up?

Thank you for your help and any tips are welcome! 💓
