Tinnitus worsened during my cold- advice appreciated!!

I'm panicking. My hearing is muffled in my one ear which has tinnitus. And it's so so blocked. I can hear the ringing so loud.

Is tho Is forever or will it go when my cold does? I've tried blowing my nose to unblock my ears but it's not working
