IBS triggered by climate?
I used to literally brag about having a stomach of steel when I lived in Arizona for my whole 25 years of life. I could eat ANYTHING and have a healthy, normal BM.
ever since I moved the NJ 2 years ago it’s been a disaster. I’m talking either literal constipation and pebble size BM or urgent diarrhea. It’s been basically a debilitating experience which I’m sure you all can relate to.
At first I thought it was just life now but I noticed that every time I go back to Arizona, my digestion is miraculously cured. Full BM, no pain.
I have no clue what to attribute this to. I drink mostly bottled water so I don’t think it has to do with that.
Any ideas???
