Concern about the Sony PS-LX310BT

I had a recent concern about this turntable that I just bought and was wondering if people here had the same problem and/or solution.

When playing a record, randomly the arm will decide to automatically lift and go back to its resting point without me touching anything. Any sorta help will be great.
