So I got an iPhone 15 through progressive leasing, afte finding out it was 350$ for payments and phone bill I decided to return device, they told me I had recieved 3 cases for the phone and I had to return those es also, I told them I only got 1 case, they refuse to let me return the phone and case and charge me for supposed merchandise I was never given. I’ve quit using the phone because they refuse to take it back and stop payments, I belive the cricket store charged me for those cases on porpoise so I couldn’t return it. Whatre they going to do now? Ruin my credit and send me to collections for twice the price of the phone?
