Recommendation for Prokinetic stop

Can anyone recommend a prokinetic to take with a good digestive enzyme. Is prokinetics used for gut motility?

Just diagnosed with mixed SIBO. I've been trying to lose weight, I workout and eat healthy and I'm unable to lose weight. Did you notice weight loss after you treated your SIBO?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
