Which career option do I need to choose?

Hey there , I am from India.

I could really use some advice. I’ve been working as a Senior Oracle Developer in a product company since 2019 (I joined as a fresher, so I’ve got 5 years of experience now). The problem is, my salary hasn’t changed in two years, and I’m still making 9.2 LPA.

Here’s where it gets interesting: I’ve always been passionate about frontend development (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS). I don’t have hands-on experience yet, but I’ve been teaching myself for years. Recently, I cleared some interviews and got some offer around 13 LPA.(from 9.2 )

Just when I put resignation in current company, my current employer countered with a huge raise – they offered me 20 LPA! They also said they’d move me to a frontend developer role(which I always wanted to work) and let me work from home.

Kindly help me to decide,

I’m also worried about my future if I stay. Will it be hard to find another job after staying at the same company for 6 years? And if I don't take back my resignation and grab this 20 LPA deal now, how many years might it take to reach that amount in the current AI-driven job market?

Currently I am serving 90 Days of notice period
