Johnson City Chipotle

My last couple burritos there have been mostly rice with meat in about half the bites. Is this an anomaly or can I just write them off and stop going for good? I'm not able to pay $11 for their soggy carb filler tubes. There was a time when I would have called Chipotle my favorite restaurant and often went more than once a week but the price has doubled since then and the quality has tanked.
