Fix green dragons magic defence

Green dragons seem to be an outlier compared to the other chromatic dragons, green dragons have a magic level of 68 and a magic defence of 30, this results at lower magic levels splashing an awful lot.

If we compare these to blue or red dragons, they both have a magic level of 1 with a magic defence of 60, however you hit on these a lot more frequently than green dragons due to how magic defence works.

I suggest bringing greens in line with the others so it makes more sense.
