Compound for maintenance?

I lost 65lbs with counting calories and multiple different meds over 1.5 years along with an intense 5-6 day workout routine, which I haven't stopped. ,(I am 5'11", SW 220, CW 170). I have started regaining, and my Dr wrote an Rx for name brand tirzepatide as a form of maintenance. I would like to know if any compound company would take that Rx and fill it with a compound in its place? I don't know how it works, exactly. Or if a compound company would do their own Rx for me for the compound even though I would not meet the BMI requirements. I don't want to pay for the name brand or contribute to the shortage for people who can and need it more than I do.
