Why aren't meth users

Prescribed anything like Heroin users to help instead of throwing prone in prison for nonviolent crimes? Heroin users get Suboxon and methadone, I know there are equivalent prescriptions for meth. Prescribe us Desoxon which is doctor prescribed meth.. we won't be looking for dealers or selling everything to buy more, also keeping people out of the judicial system. Why haven't anyone brought that up?
