Should I buy a rose gold / yellow gold- silver watch?

I am 31F. Rose gold is around for a long time but I am not sure of it. I love yellow gold and not exactly sure what would look the best. I do not exactly want to be trendy here but anything classic that will last. I am think of yellow gold- silver duo color watch to buy. Is that something women of my age would look good wearing? Or should I think about getting just rose gold! Please help!
