The problem and solution of Kaiser's new technique explained

SpoilerManga Discussion

Currently reading a sports psychology book 'The inner game of tennis' and the author is basically a tennis teacher and noticed one principle while teaching new techniques that:

“Images are better than words, showing better than telling, too much instruction worse than none, and that conscious trying often produces negative results.“

Which basically means Kaiser thought too much during the already high level and for most people impossible skill to pull off, but him disconnecting with his second state (the unconscious mind eg flow) and him connecting with his first state (mental state eg how to hit the ball or normal thoughts about himself) hindered him even more to accomplish his goal.

Honestly I don't know if the mangaka has read the book, which was published 1974 and actively tries to implement sport psychology principles into Blue Lock, but it would kind of explain why Kaiser has to reach some sort of flow to makes his new technique successful. Thanks for reading feel free to interact.
