Which fighter is worst representation in game

Aside from likeness/looks which fighter do you all think is the worst made fighter going by how they play in game. IMO it's Khamzat. He just feels so slow and sluggish to me. Shavkat Rakhmonov feels really good and smooth to play as but Khamzat just feels bad to me. Khamzat feels like a career mode fighter before you upgrade any attributes or moves.
