SPEED and SHOW ME THE BODY live performances

A while back I had seen Knocked Loose's headlining tour with Loathe, Speed, and Show Me The Body. Now, previously, I had already been a big fan of Knocked Loose and Loathe's work, but only a little bit of Speed an Show Me The Body (I basically just listened to them to prepare for their show). I expected to love Loathe and Knocked Loose's performances but I have some opinions on the other two.

• SPEED: I already liked Speed's recent EP (Gang Called Speed) but holy shit their stage presence was awesome. I am now instantly an actual fan because their vibe was great and the whole crowd was really into it. The beginning riff in "Not that Nice" is so fucking iconic. Genuinely loved every second of it, wish they had more stage time (or more music).

• SHOW ME THE BODY: I enjoyed Show Me The Body's more popular album (Dog Whistle) previous to watching them live, but I found them super underwhelming... Maybe it's because they went right after Speed and the vibe was already set high? Not sure. Also, it could just be the difference in style from the other bands...? I'm trying to justify how different they sound in person vs in studio. The crowd went mild, but it wasn't to the point of impoliteness it was just a noticeable energy shift. Perhaps it's just not my taste, I understand the appeal of Show Me The Body (the studio recordings), I'm just surprised how unenergetic the crowd was.

I apologize for yapping but I needed to get this off my chest, I went with my sibling who isn't into metalcore/hardcore and wanted to get some opinions. Overall the show was amazing so I am by no means complaining, just a bit confused.

TLDR: Speed has an awesome stage presence, Show Me The Body was underwhelming in live performance
