Anyone wanna help me find this epic meme song before I become insane for not finding it monkaS.

Hey everyone, I've had this song in my head for like... A year or more and I have SO little information about it but still, I feel like anyone who has heard it before will know instantly what it is with the little information that I have, because it's kinda pretty unique.

So, what I remember from it is that it is pretty techno and it's pretty memeful, I doubt that it is a song made by a professional artist in a professional studio. It has lyrics that I assume are German (but I could be wrong; it could be another language from Scandinavian ancestry, not sure...) The key information though, is that it says "ooh papa" A LOT... Like: "Ooh papa ooh papa papapapa ooh" and it talks about... A Gameboy?! Does it ring a bell for anyone?

Thanks in advance for anyone who tries to help!
