Fallout 2 Explorer issues running through Steam folders with Restoration Project (RP)

Issue as stated in title. I made sure the Fallout 2 Explorer folder was unzipped in the same Steam folder that has the executables for the game launcher and game itself. Explorer is unhappy regardless of the executable I use.

I have not tried seeing if the error is present with RP files removed.

Any insight greatly appreciated. 😁
