Need help

I'm on amidst the stars, The prime terminal won't allow me to use the mind ark. It just says "leave". So there for I can't finish amidst the stars because of that. I've been trying to figure it out for the past 3 hours, looking at videos, Google everything and I'm at a dead end. I's there any other way to do it?
