Just got my colonoscopy done and a somewhat large polyp removed can I smoke weed ?

It’s been 4 hours I’m just curious if it would hurt anything if there is technically a wound in my colon I’d really like to smoke but I can hold off if I need too also while I’m here asking a question did anyone with colon polyps have trouble passing gas and stools and did removal fix that cause I’ve yet to have the need to pass gas or stool yet and I’m nervous my issue might still be there after 💀
