My hp omen 17 ck1020nr is getting low fps in valorant

This problem has been there since I bought the machine.it was always getting about 300 fps when I bought it, which it still low considering its specifications. It should get around 400-500 fps.

Specs: i7 12700h. CPU RTX 3070TI GPU DDR5 4800MHZ. RAM

Later, I ran into some.problems with the motherboard and had it fixed my hp, as it was still in the warranty at the time.now,when I finally got it back, the fps in valorant stays about 250-300,which it even lower than before. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I think it might be a thermal throttling issue. Any way to find out the problem or how to fix it? Please help🙏
