Arboron Novastrike Sniper not reloading?

So, I just completed the Vulture bounty, which actually surprised me at the end and was a pretty cool and fun experience

But, as I got the new sniper and fired to see what it sounds like (which btw, it sounds GOOD!) I tried to reload it after emptying the mag and…nothing.

Can’t reload my new sniper rifle now. Pressing X doesn’t do anything, pressing RT doesn’t do anything. However, the mag will fill back up if I go Into my inventory and uniquip and reaquip It.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
