Help communicating what I like?

Hi ! Next week I am going to Floris London to create my own bespoke perfume. I want to get the most out of my 2 hours crafting this and need help communicating what I like. My top three scents are Baccarat Rouge 540, Le Labo Santa 33 and Alien.

I am attracted to darker, sexier scents but hate patchouli. Any idea what would be helpful to guide my fragrance maker? TIA
