10 yr vow renewal Jamaica.

My husband and I are looking to renew our vows next year at the Royalton Negril in Jamaica. We were there in Feb and loved it. We plan on having a small group of our closest friends (about 20 or so) and was wondering what the process to ‘block’ the rooms is. Do I just simply email the resort? Or do I just let the guests handle their own bookings? Since it really is a more relaxed version of an actual wedding. Thanks!!
