i (19F) have a crush on a cute guy (19M) should i make the first move, and how?

there’s this guy. he’s (19M) super cute. i’ve (19F) seen him around a lot and even had a conversation with him once. i have him on my socials. i’m away from home at the moment and so i don’t see him anymore. there’s this crazy crush that i can’t seem to shake off for some reason - i have this insane feeling that the both of us would have a lot in common and even if it doesn’t develop into something romantic, i want to see if we have a potential connection. i think he finds me creepy - there was this one time where we walked into a building together and i think i made it obvious that i was talking about him to my friends 😬

i don’t know how to approach this situation. i post a few stories in hopes that maybe he’d like it or show some kind of sign but hasn’t till now. he barely posts otherwise i’d like his story in a heartbeat.

he’s so adorable and i wanna speak to him and get to know him better. maybe he has a girlfriend? i have absolutely no idea - i don’t even know how to initiate a simple conversation with him!!!
