CS PhD Dissertation

What chapters do CS PhD Dissertations generally have if writing one? I know they have an introduction but other than that, I don’t know what other chapters they’ll have.

Also what’s the best thing I can do to prepare to write dissertation if I’m planning on doing PhD in Computer Science?
