One ear is much quieter and a bit grainier out of nowhere

I've had my Arctis Nova Pro Wireless now for a bit more than a year with no issues. Out of nowhere today the left ear has turned noticeably quieter and a bit worse quality. I'm pretty sure it's not a PC issue as the same problem happens with the Bluetooth mode connected to my phone. I've seen threads on the same issue on reddit but none of the methods seem to work for me. Can anyone help me?
