Elegoo Neptune ejecting filament, but at a very slow pace that it looks like a zigzag/upwards and downwards line.

I recently tried to fix my elegoo neptune 3 plus, we took the old destroyed tip off of it and used a new one, however it is printing, but is very slow and creates zig zag type lines, i dont have a photo, but it also seems to be extruding very late.
