searching tailwind dev & figma designer

Hi folks,

any idea where to search for a figma designer & a tailwind developer converting the figma template to "code".

Would not require any JS. I would to all the backend work.

Basic laravel knowledge would be fine, but not required.

Payment would be upfront for sure.

Is there any website listing tailwind devs searching for clients?
Using nearly all freelance websites was impossible since they filter messages, discuss details only on their platform, prevent me from doing upfront payment etc. and taking a lot of commission.
