Converting UAE License to UK License Without Access to UAE Mobile Number for OTP

Hi everyone,

I've recently moved to the UK and I'm exploring the possibility of converting my UAE driving license to a UK one. However, I've hit a bit of a snag. I no longer use the mobile number that was linked to my Emirates ID, which has also expired three years ago. This means I can't receive the OTP required for any processes tied to my Emirates ID. My UAE driving license, however, is valid until 2027.

Given this situation, is there any alternative way to obtain the necessary No Objection Certificate (NOC) or any letter required for the license conversion process? I still have family, including my parents and siblings, currently residing in the UAE. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
