How to proceed

I am Austria
Have a DMZ treaty with the Italian

Russia is not to cooperate with.
Turkey has offered to let me take Romania in the fall, and he's taking Sev.
That I later I transfer Greece to him.
And that I may take the rest of Russia.

Everything tells me that this is not a good deal for Austria.
Does anyone have the arguments for that to convince me as well?
