Bg3 cheats/commands?

I'm in act 2 and I was stupid and accidentally friend zoned my romance preference and then deleted the save file that'd let me change it. I've seen conflicting posts about and I'm not sure what's old and broken. Does anyone know of maybe an up to date program that allows cheats that'll let me reset the relationship with the character?

I have the highest level affinity with them and I'm 70 hours into the game so I'd rather not restart lol
