my pictures are now gone

hello. i had my mothers google account and all my photos from my phone gallery backed up in her account even though backup was off. i deleted them from the bin and they disappeared from my phone gallery too and theyre not in the recently deleted either. i just didnt want my mother to see all my photos and wanted to remove them. is there a way for me to get them back? theyre really important to me so if you know a way, please let me know. thank you
