bra recommendations/bruise where underwire sits

hello, i posted the same thing in the r/bigboobproblems and a kind soul told me to remeasure and come here :) some also suggested that the bras i have may not be fitting my shape right

i've been noticing for the past 6 months or so that i've had a noticeably (but painless) dark bruise in a straight line (it's around an inch down from directly underneath my boobs) and i'm like 100% sure that it's from my bras. i've been using castor oil to get rid of it and it's been helping pretty good but whenever i put on a bra to go out every few days, it comes right back.

does anyone know what might be the root of the problem with my bras? new bra recommendations would be very helpful as well! my measurements (which came out to a uk 32J) are: loose underbust: 82 cm snug underbust: 81 cm tight underbust: 79 cm standing: 110 cm leaning: 115 cm laying: 110 cm AFAB as well :)

if it helps, i'm 5'4 with narrow roots, full on bottom, and the distance from my shoulder to my boob is very small. bras i've tried (uk brands like elomi, pour moi, and freya) are generally too tall on my body frame so petite bras in that size would help greatly!
