False Accusations - Lawyer?

Essentially - I’m victim of one of falsest and lamest accusation ever created. My HR has classically been a joke. I’ve been on leave so they can investigate whatever was reported. They’ve told me to pack my classroom after many weeks of non-communication, and that I need to be supervised, but won’t tell me anything else. It’s a bunch of ‘I don’t knows’ to all of my questions. I’m in limbo. I need to protect myself as I did absolutely nothing wrong. This went from protocol to absolutely ridiculous very quickly. Has anyone gotten a lawyer to protect them? CTA is useless until something solid happens and won’t even listen to the details of the story. In case this goes south and I have to get more serious about all of this bologna - is there a way? Has anyone had a similar situation play out? What lawyers would be applicable here? Anything being investigated is an absolute farce, so I’m really just interested in the helpful and realistic side of this. Thanks!
