22F Beginning my sales career as a consultant at Lexus!

I’m excited but also nervous just because I just left college and I’ve been trying to figure out what I wanna do so it’s going to be a big change for me, working long hours and such.

This is a really good dealership, and it was like meant to be cuz when I talked to the managers, they were saying how they just decided that they need to hire couple new sales people lol. Btw, I walked in initially just to give my résumé and make an impression, and they took me to the back and interviewed me. The interview didn’t even feel like an interview, I really was acting like myself. Got interviewed by a couple managers. The second one being one of the best salesman in the state and the general sales manager. He said “you’re really good, you got IT” and “stop looking, I want you on the team”. I know they do two or more interviews too because the first manager said so. And they wanted me right off the bat. Don’t mean to brag lol :P

Anyways, I start next week, he said they’re gonna train me t his month, and by July he thinks I’ll be ready to sell. I’m a 22F, what can I expect and any tips? I really wanna be successful in this business.
