How do you send alpha demos to testers, streamers or YouTubers?

If you're trying to get an alpha demo out to test players or for early press plays (I know not always a clever idea in general), how do you do it? Itch.io, WeTransfer link, etc or something else?

I'm getting close to the point where I'd like to get a little more traction and press but I don't want to send a build that feels iffy to the person receiving it.
