When I take Duloxetine I feel more energized but I procrastinate a lot

I've been taking Duloxetine (Cymbalta) in the Lower dosage (30 mg) prescribed for depression and anxiety along with Lithuym. While on Duloxetine, I've noticed some significant changes in my behavior and mood that I'd like to discuss, btw, I've been taking it for 5 months and I took a break for 4 days, why? I forgot about it.

On one hand, I feel more energized and generally good. However, I've been struggling with procrastination more than usual. It's like I have the energy, but I can't seem to direct it towards productive tasks. Additionally, I've experienced a notable increase in sexual desire and find myself drawn to stimuli of that nature rather than focusing on work or other responsibilities. Additionaly while on Duloxetine I've noticed that I really like to go to the gym and exercise.

Interestingly, when I don't take Duloxetine, I feel much more focused and productive. I'm able to tackle tasks with clarity and motivation, which is quite the opposite of how I feel when on the medication, although, forget about gym, I'm so focused on work that I don't want anything else (and to be honest I actually prefer this way). Here's the problem... after a while depression comes and I get afraid to meet people and talk in public

Has anyone else experienced similar effects while taking Duloxetine or any other antidepressants? I'm curious about your experiences and whether you've found any strategies to manage these side effects while still benefiting from the medication's intended effects.

Of course, I discussed a lot with my psychiatrist and we tried many things but still Duloxetine was the best of anti depressants in this matter, the other ones never worked. But I'd love to hear from others who may have gone through similar experiences.

Thanks in advance for your insights and support!
