What would you do?

So iv had dentures since age 25 and right now at 40, I have 7 lower front teeth left, no lower denture and a full upper denture. The problem is that after 15 years my jaw bone has receded and although the denture still fits it is barely visible , this makes me feel like I have no teeth again and is really getting me down. Unfortunately here in 🇬🇧 UK there’s a massive dentist problem and I can’t get anyone to take me on unless I’m willing to go private and I cannot afford it. To be honest if there was a permanent fix I could do myself I would but most diy fixes seem awful. For context all on fours in the uk for me ( I had a free consultation) was £37,000 and if I wanted normal dentures would be £7,000. I’m sure all you guys must have looked through dozens of research before making decisions, are there any solutions I’m missing?
