Please comfort me

I'm an emetophobe, and I'm going to be pregnant. I'm crying every single day because of the fear and I asked my mom, if I ever throw up, please give me some advice, and she said "It's your fear talking, if that ever happens (maybe it doesn't!) You will realize it's not as big as you thought!

That advice helped, but I would gladly accept more advice of the same style from other people. Thank you so much!
