Car engine gone

So I got an oil change at a Valvoline. I start to notice white smoke from the pipe. Didn’t think that was normal so I went back to that place to ask what they may have done since for the past year and a half I haven’t had any issues like this until now. I also went to a autozone since check engine light also came on. The code read that it was a cylinder 3 misfire. Possible fixes was the ignition coil and the spark plugs and I replace both (12 all together). After doing this repair the check engine was still on. Turns out that the coolant was leaking into the head gasket. So now my engine is blown and not operating. Does this sound like a valvoline issue that I should pursue in court? Please, let me know if anyone has every experience this issue.
