Manager (m25) has been flirty with me (f23) in the past.

Is he still into it? My manager at work used to be flirty with me in the past until I kind of shut it down with my approach so we both let it go and things went back to just work. It was different from his usual casual convos and smiles in passing. Months pass and now he’s being that way with me again, not in the same exact way but he’s being extra talkative with me, standing close to me when he’s speaking with me and not really keeping his distance like he was. He touches me for the first time and brushes some hair off of my hat for me. It confused me because he did it around other managers and then immediately played it off “I’m just looking out for you”
