Best action camera for under $110

Ive asked in other groups but i figured i would ask here because im assuming a lot of you record your journeys

I want to get a budget camera with the highest quality 1080p video and frame rate that i can mount to my helmet so i can record my atv/dirtbike rides. Im gonna be uploading to youtube and im most likely not gonna be using 4k for video. i just want the smoothest and cleanest video and framerate possible. i also would need to be able to plug an external microphone in. I've been looking at Akaso and Wolfang and all of there cameras just look grainy and bad quality to me but i could be wrong because i am not very educated on cameras.Any suggestions? (it would also be good if it came with an external battery charger so i can charge both batteries at once) Thanks!
