Need some career advice

I am 21 from india. Currently in my 4th year of bachelors of engineering degree in artificial intelligence and data science. I got interested in cybersecurity around january this year and decided to do look into it. I had to do an internship as part of my coursework so i decided to do it in cybersec from mosse cybersec institute as they provided a certification like internship. I underestimated how difficult it would be and now i am only 30% done with it ( given i didnt really have time to do it everyday as i had exams and submissions). I still really like cybersec so i am taking part in ctfs and doing google cybersecurity certification. Now i have a choice to make for my future, either i do web development and get a placement from college (here companies visit college and recruit students based on tests and interviews) but i am in a tier 3 college so i doubt i will land a good job. then theres ai which i can still do but wouldnt land me anywhere cuz there r no entry level jobs. I really like cybersec but recently i came to know there r no entry level jobs. If i pursue cybersec should i go for a masters abroad (germany cuz less expensive) or try to just get any it job here. I am leaning towards masters as i really want to study cybersec. Cybersecurity in india doesnt really have a good job market is what ive been told so the easiest way to go abroad is to do masters there. My gpa isnt good either its just 7.5 out of 10. What do i do to have a good college application if i do apply. And if i am not accepted what kind of things should i have on my resume if i wanna enter cybersec jobs directly with a good pay. I am willing to do hardwork i just dont know what to do.
