trying to quit (help)

i think i have gastroesophageal reflux disease from eating benadryl and my chest n heart has been absolutely killing me even after i've stopped and GERD can lead to esophageal cancer if left untreated (which it has been) because i cant just go up to my parents and be like "can i go to the doctor i've been eating diphenhydramine lol." my chest hurts so bad and it's been 8 days since i last took any, and even then i only had 125mg. help
