Mini PC for online teaching

Hello,

I’m an adjunct professor. I teach exclusively online through canvas and use web-based apps for day-to-day stuff (e.g., google docs, slides, etc). I currently use a Chromebook for teaching, but I’ve been having issues with it. Would a Mini PC be a viable option for the uses I’ve described? If so, would it be better than a Chromebook?
