Help me out Peeps

Hey guys, Bottom line is, I just do not know what to do any more. My ex gf of 14 years walked away I'm 36m she's 37 f. I know context helps but I don't feel like writing. Basically it's been 8 months and during that I was breadcrumbed and played like a fiddle. 3 weeks ago she moved 1 state away with her rebound. The day after she left I deleted everything blocked her on social media. I haven't been able to block her number yet I'm getting there though. What I want to ask is in the 3 weeks since she left she has texted me twice and I have yet to respond. The last one said " I know it's hard for you to believe but I do care about you" and then asks for my address because she wants to send me something. I feel like it's just more breadcrumbs. Ohhh ya it also said " I just want to know your ok". Should I respond? Is this her just seeing if I'm still an option, her satisfying whatever guilt she feels? Everything in me wants to respond but I feel like that would just give her all the power again. I dunno any advice everybody?🫤
