Display settings not functioning correctly

Whenever I use my TV as the monitor, there is a noticeable delay when alt+tabbing. Most games only have this in fullscreen, but not in borderless mode.

I'm also finding that if I select Windowed or Borderless mode, the game refuses to launch in any other window than my main monitor (the TV). It seems like the settings when working between multiple monitors, especially with a TV involved, are very buggy with this game.

Otherwise very fun and great game! I can work around the display issue for now.
