Looking for wet food recommendations (8F) Gingivitis, throw up issues, obese.

We adopted my cat (8F) 2 years ago who was obese 20 pounds and gingivitis. We fed her dry food for a long time but recently made the switch to wet food. She had issues throwing up on dry food sometimes up to 3-5 times per day at random. after the switch it has slowed down a lot but not fully. if anyone has suggestions pleasure let me know. we've been spending $60 evert 3 weeks on this food so im open to try anything that may help. (Hills savory chicken 7+)
